ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

  • Electronic Medical Record Archiving - Protrans offers a monthly archiving clerical service of your transcribed reports. Protrans will convert each daily completed file into an individual file for each patient report and transfer them to a CD-ROM at the end of each month. This CD-ROM will include an indexed file of all reports for the month for cross referencing. Monthly fee will apply.
  • Curriculum vitae – We offer a curriculum vitae storage and update service. After the initial setup fee for creating your curriculum vitae, you can use our dictation system to call in any editing changes to your CV and have the CV emailed or faxed anywhere in the world for a small administration fee.
  • Dictation templates – Our talented staff can create standard templates from your repetitive dictation. These templates can be used by the dictator to bypass sections of repetitive text thus saving time for the dictator.
  • Resume service – We can create a professional looking resume for you using your personal and professional information. Various formats are available.

In addition to our standard dictation and transcription options and services as above, our I.S. staff is capable of interfacing or networking with your existing infrastructure to provide internal system transcription.
