Protrans provides its clients with a team of transcriptionists whose
experience is vast and varied. Joann Reckling, the owner of Protrans, has over 30 years experience in the medical transcription field and is a past president of the local chapter of the American Association of Medical Transcription (AAMT). The Protrans team is made up of qualified medical transcriptionists, computer experts, quality assurance and customer support staff managed by an experienced office manager who oversees all forms of operations.

All Transcription Executives are required to have 2 or more years of
experience and are placed through a rigorous testing and evaluation process.Senior Transcription Executives must have a minimum of 5 years professional experience while Transcription Analysts are required to have 8 or more years of experience. Protrans also provides educational meetings and Transcription Education Seminars.
